Welcome to our new Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 8 berth prestige With Decking holiday home .
Our prestige static caravan (Size 40ft x 12ft) is a 3 bedroom, 8 berth model situated on Laurel Rise - only a 2 minute walk from the main complex a well sought after area of Haven's 5 Star Primrose Valley Holiday Park .
Fully double glazed with gas central heating.
The caravan has a large amount of room around it for the kids to play in a secluded cul de sac, We also have French Doors leading to a 12` x 8` veranda area with seating where on a nice day you could sit outside.
There is a flat screen 42' TV with Freeview, PlayStation with games , wall mounted electric fire , 2 & 3 seater sofas ( one pulls out to a double bed ) and coffee table with stools . The dining area has a table and chairs .
The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated gas cooker, hob, oven & grill, full size built in fridge freezer , kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with cooking utensils , pans and crockery etc .
The master bedroom has a double bed with underneath storage , dressing table with stool and wardrobe . There is also a en-suite
Both twin bedrooms have adequate storage.
All the beds will be made up fresh ready for your arrival .
There is a shower room with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet, bathroom shelves. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.
Gas , electric , water , bedding and a welcome pack are included in the price.
We are a 2 minute walk from the main complex which includes Reception / check-in , Starbucks, Mini Super market , Papa Joes Pizza , Fish & Chip Shop , West Pier Burgers , The Mash & Barrel , Funworks Amusements indoor swimming pool and both entertainment venues - The show Bar & The live Lounge .
Also on site you will find the new Lakeside restaurant plus another indoor & outdoor swimming pool . Outdoor cinema , Fun Fair , Lazer Combat , Climbing wall and ropes , Fishing Lake , Go carts , Segway's and many more activities .
Funworks passes are not included in the rental price but can be purchased from reception .
Minutes away from the amazing views of Filey Brigg and beach access .
There are regular buses leaving Primrose to nearby Scarborough , Filey & Bridlington .
We do not allow any pets and we have a strict no smoking policy on the decking or in the caravan .
Primrose Valley does not accept same sex group bookings .
Bonds will be returned within 2 weeks of departure after the caravan has been inspected.
